Issued in pamphlet form for the information of United States Senators and Representatives, Governors of States and Members of State Legislators – With the Compliments of the New York Journal. Refers to the Spanish-American War of 1898. The peace negotiations lasted from Oct 1 to Dec 10, 1898, resulting in the Treaty of Paris which was approved in 1899, giving America ontrol over Guam, the Philippine Islands, and Puerto Rico with Cuba gaining independence from Spain.

Condition

Spine sunned with tears and chipped head. Dirt discolouration on covers. Corners bumped. Light foxing from title page to p.19 and pp. 214-218. Text unmarked.
