RARE original hand-colour copper engraving, double-page chart map of the Swabian area in Germany stretching from the Rhine to the West, the Lech to the East, Switzerland and Lake Constance to the South, and an explanatory text and directory on the right of the map, here Salisbury [Salzburg] and part of Upper Austria still belong to Bavaria, from the “Atlas Minor ex Tabulis Geographicis…” [without plate no.].
Condition
with center-fold as issued, one paper crease at lower right just into the plate.
